Challenge 2

Make your challenge even more fun today by adding a song in Head and Shoulders.

Then play along with Jenny and Annie as they challenge themselves with a throwing and catching game in Rubber Band.

End your challenge with Growing Flower Cool-Down where your seed will grow into a beautiful sun-soaking flower.

Activity 3

Growing Flower Cool-Down

Instructions
Pretend you are a flower growing from a seed:

  • Start by crouching in a ball on the ground.
  • As the seed starts to grow, reach up toward sun.
  • Extend your arms and stand tall, taking in sunlight.
  • They pretend the wind blows as your petals (arms) wave in the breeze.
  • Droop forward (forward bend) when your flower is thirsty.
  • When you get water, extend, and reach your arms up to the sun.
  • At night, your flower curls up in a ball on the ground.

Repeat this flow 2-3 times and always remember to move slowly. Watch for fluid movements and comfortable stretching without straining or overstretching.
