Stephanie Lau
Stephanie has been a runner for over 20 years. She has completed eight marathons and a countless number of half marathons. As a Boston qualifier, the Boston Marathon in April 2022 will be her 9th career marathon. Over the summer she coaches youth at The Running School and has been active there for approximately six years. In addition to running, she has been an instructor in capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art for 10 years. Running has brought her a lot of joy, and NYRR's Group Training is her chance to give back to the running community and aid other runners in their journey to grow as an athlete. Whether you are running for wellness, for camaraderie, or to compete, she hopes to inspire you to be the best you can be!
