With experience working with first-time runners, Coach Sha has the ability to bring out the inner “elite athlete.” His coaching philosophy is to believe more in the athlete than they do in themselves.

Pacing first-time marathoners during their first 20-mile long run.

Track sessions. I have a preference to correct form and watch athletes grind out a tough session.
