Karina Krepp
Karina has been an ACE certified personal trainer since 1996. She is a Certified Run Coach, a Certified Yoga Instructor, TRX Certified, a Chek Institute Holistic Lifestyle Coach, and a Chek Institute Integrated Movement Specialist and specializes in pre- and post-natal fitness.
Karina’s fitness journey has brought her to marathons, triathlons, Spartan races, century rides, the top of the Freedom Tower, the top of the Empire State Building. the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro, and up and down in the TransRockies Ultra. She believes breath is the key and the body is wise.
