What program do you coach?
Group Training
What languages do you speak?
English
How would you describe your coaching style?
I started running late in life so I can empathize with newer runners and the doubts they face when trying to get started. I like to work with these runners as they take their first steps toward achieving their running goals.
What is your proudest coaching moment?
My proudest coaching moments are when runners accomplish their goals.
What is your favorite workout to coach and why?
Coaching shorter interval workouts is a lot of fun because it’s easier to spend time with lots of different groups of runners. Runner-up would definitely be the long runs.
