Emily Guth
Emily is a runner, dancer, and all-around movement and milkshake enthusiast. She’s been coaching in the NYC running community for 5 years; coaching teams including The Crohns and Colitis Foundation’s Team Challenge and November Project NYC, as well as youth running programs. When she’s not running, she can be found in a dance studio or climbing with her friends!

How would you describe your coaching style?
FUN! My goal is to make sure you can do what you love for the rest of your life and have the most fun possible while doing it.
What is your proudest coaching moment?
Watching my 4th grade runners encourage and support each other when they’re getting tired.
What is your favorite workout to coach and why?
Hills. All hills all the time.
