David Rubio
David is a Brooklyn-based runner and RRCA-certified coach. Originally from Nebraska, he started running as a teenager to improve his health. Almost 20 years later, 100 pounds lighter, and 1,000s of miles logged, he is passionate about helping runners find their stride. He has proudly coached runners through their first miles, 5Ks, and marathons and has helped runners of all levels improve their speed, stamina, strength, and form. His favorite aspect of running is its accessibility and he loves welcoming new runners to the sport.
