Christine Carbonetti
From racing the 400m in high school and college to completing over 50 half marathons and 9 full marathons since then, running has been Christine’s passion for over 30 years. She has completed four TCS New York City Marathons and every year put my name in for the lottery to hopefully relive the magic once again on the best day of the year! She is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer who has led group strength classes for runners during the off season. She was also a Run Coach at Lifetime Fitness and helped to grow a community of social runners at Lifetime's Chappaqua facility.

I try to empower my runners to believe in themselves and show them that they are capable of achieving so much more than they think.
What is your proudest coaching moment?
My proudest coaching moments have always been seeing how much progress an athlete has made when they put in the effort and work hard for it.

What is your favorite place to run in New York City?
Central Park.
What is your favorite NYRR race?
The RBC Brooklyn Half and New Balance Bronx 10-Mile are my favorite races.
What is your personal running motto?
Get comfortable with being uncomfortable, because great things never come from being in your comfort zone.
