Reformer Pilates with New York Pilates

Classes are open to all skill levels, allowing runners to learn yoga basics or build upon the skills they already have. During the five-week program, the first four sessions will be dedicated to pre-race techniques, with focus on body preparation and mental clarity before the big day. The fifth class is a post-race celebratory practice with intention to regenerate and restore.

Fees

$125 for the five-week session
$30 per single (drop-in) class

What to Wear / What to Bring

  • Comfortable clothes that will allow you to move freely
  • A yoga mat; yoga mats are also provided at the studio
