Usain Bolt reminds us that he’s been social distancing since 2008.
Colleen Quigley teaches us how to make face masks.

The CDC is now recommending that even if you have no symptoms you should wear a non-medical grade face covering that covers your nose and mouth when in public (like at the grocery store). Soooo I YouTubed it and learned how to make cloth face masks in about 5 min! You can use a handkerchief or if you don’t have one of those (like me) you can cut up old cotton clothes into big squares and it works just fine! The key to making them comfortable is soft elastic hair ties that hook around the ears. I used @tiy_products because they come in a long string that you can cut up to the perfect length and are super soft and comfy behind the ears. Remember- wearing a face mask does NOT replace social distancing, but if you have to make a trip to the store, you can give yourself and others more protection. Hope you have fun making your own mask! Let me know how yours turns out! 🤩
