RBC Race for the Kids

Fighting Pediatric Cancer, One Step at a Time

Since its founding in 2009, the RBC Race for the Kids has transcended borders, evolving from a single event in New York to a global series of 25+ family-friendly races. With over 360,000 participants worldwide and over $100 million USD raised for youth charities since its inception, its impact resonates deeply.

The RBC Race for the Kids in New York is proud to support MSK Kids, the pediatric cancer program at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. All donations made through RBC Race for the Kids support the RBC Initiative for Pediatric Immuno-Oncology, which helps MSK physicians and scientists with their goal of finding new targets for pediatric immunotherapy, adapting adults treatments for kids, and developing new treatments specifically for children facing a cancer diagnosis.

The race isn't just about numbers; it's about fostering a sense of community and empowerment and serves as a platform for both adults and children to engage in fundraising. By nurturing youth activism, the event inspires the next generation of philanthropists, instilling values of generosity and compassion. Through a cause-driven, community-centric approach, the RBC Race for the Kids sparks a movement in fundraising. As participants lace up their shoes and hit the pavement on April 21st, each stride taken and dollar raised propels the journey towards a future where every child has the opportunity to lead a happy, healthy, cancer-free life.
