Resources For Families
Staying active is important for our physical and mental health. Here are some activities from our Rising New York Road Runners curriculum that you can do individually or as a family to keep active.
Each downloadable activity includes photos and instructions. You’ll also find instructional videos featuring Olympic medalist Jenny Simpson, two-time Puerto Rican Olympian Beverly Ramos, U.S. Olympic Trials Marathon champion Aliphine Tuliamuk, five-time Paralympic medalist Rudy Garcia-Tolson, and two-time TCS New York City Marathon champion Daniel Romanchuk.
All activities are adaptable for children of all ages and abilities, and resources are now available in Spanish (en Español).
